Back by popular demand, we are now in the planning stages for the 2nd Annual Pico de Gallo Century Ride. Join us in this fun ride as we try to keep our personal weight in check between the holidays! 🙂

Starting Location: Academy Sports + Outdoors, 3901 W US Highway 83 McAllen, TX 78501-8340. Please park on the north side of the parking lot (past the shrubs). Please use the restrooms inside Homewood Suites by Hilton.
Entry Fee: What entry fee? It’s Absolutely Free!!! It’s just a long fun route to complete with friends and meet other cyclists!
Lodging: Homewood Suites by Hilton for our out of town guests. It’s located 3801 Expressway 83, McAllen, TX 78503 next to Academy Sports.
Do you have jerseys for sale? I would like a women’s XL with sleeves.
They should be coming in next week or so.
Will there be other distances available?
Not officially. The ride is about giving folks the opportunity to ride 100 miles with an added emphasis on helping out those who have never done a century ride before.

This ride is a minimalist ride which is self supported along some convenient stores. There is only one rest stop around the 85 mile mark. The route is not marked but all the riders will be given a fairly detailed map for your convenience. Hope to meet you there 🙂
